Which countries do you ship to and how much does it cost?
We offer free shipping to anywhere in the world.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All orders will take approximately 1-2 days to process. Delivery time depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Standard Shipping is usually delivered within 8-20 business days. For some countries it may take up to 30 days. All items ship from distribution centers located in Europe and Asia.

Can I change my shipping address after the order was placed?
Your shipping address can't be changed after order has been processed or shipped. In case of an incorrect shipping address, please contact as immediately.

How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. To avoid any issues, please make sure that the email address is correct.

Once you confirm your order, you will receive tracking information within 2-3 business days. This will include the tracking number as well as a link to the latest shipping updates for your order. You may also use a shipping tracking tool on our website.

If you are unable to track your order, please contact us for further assistance.

I received my order, but an item was missing. What should I do?
Our items ship from distribution centers located in North America, Europe and Asia. It is not uncommon to receive the complete order in separate shipments at different times.

When will I receive a tracking number for my order?
We send a tracking order immediately when it is available, usually within 3 to 4 business days. If you have not received a tracking number for an order you are expecting, please contact our customer support.

Are there any exchange rates?
All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of your card issuer.
