SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders will take approximately 1-2 days to process. Delivery time depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Standard Free Shipping is usually delivered within 12-18 business days. For some countries it may take up to 30 days. All items ship from distribution centers located in Europe and Asia.

As soon as the order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you didn't receive your order within the allotted duration time, please contact us for further instructions.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

To begin your return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase of the item.

Once your information is received and verified, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The issuing bank will post it to your account within 2-5 business days when issued to a credit card. Refunds issued to a bank account or pin-less debit typically take 10 business days to reflect on the account balance. This time frame may vary from one financial institution to another.

Please note that a full credit will be issued on shipping-free items only. Otherwise, the shipping cost is non-refundable, and will be deducted from your credit.

Damaged Product

If you received a damaged or defective item, please provide us with a description and a clear image of the damage. Once we receive and verify the information, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. If we're unable to replace your item, we will refund you in full.

Damaged or defective Items may be exchanged or replaced within 15 days of the date when receiving the order.
